Quality assurance of raw materials and blends
Quality control is integrated into our entire product manufacturing chain, comprising risk-assessed quality assurance for raw materials and manufacturing processes. Quality assurance covers documentation and approval of new raw materials, reception inspections and associated sampling plans for raw materials in use, and quality control of product blends. The cleanliness of manufacturing facilities and equipment is monitored on a daily basis in accordance with a cleaning programme.
Special attention is paid to adequate quality assurance practices, availability of documentation for individual raw materials and data coverage when appointing suppliers. These measures ensure the safety of the raw materials and blends that we offer to our customers. Our traceability standards enable us to determine the batch numbers of our raw materials and to identify the use of any faulty batches in products where necessary.
